We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is received, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, is required.
To initiate a return, please complete our online return form [link]. Please do not dispatch your item until you have received confirmation from our team. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address, or failure to collect, we are unable to issue a refund. We are pleased to offer reshipment of your order for a flat fee of $49 AUD worldwide. Please contact us at info@thezhut.com.au to arrange this.
Please note that if we have not heard from you within 90 days of your parcel being marked as unclaimed by your local postal authority, you will no longer be eligible for reshipment.
We strongly encourage all customers to verify their shipping details at checkout and to monitor their tracking information once an order has been dispatched.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@thezhut.com.au with clear photographic evidence of the item and its packaging, and our team will resolve the matter promptly.
Yes. We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved. Contact us at info@thezhut.com.au and our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@thezhut.com.au.
Yes. The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Used Items; for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on pillows that have been used.
Yes. If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
