All Australian orders are shipped and delivered via Australia Post.
International orders
All international orders are dispatched from Australia via Australia Post. Once your parcel arrives in your destination country, it is handed over to the local postal service listed below:

Delivery times are estimates. Final shipping cost calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The Z Hut will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of your items. If you do not wish to do this, the product will be abandoned and you will not be liable for a refund.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received. Generally we are unable to make manual changes, however if the order has not been shipped it may be possible.
We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and change request details included in the email.
After you place your order via our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there, if not please contact our customer service team.
All Australian orders will be shipped with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number within one business day of your order being dispatched.
All International orders will be shipped via Australian Post partnered with your countries postal service (US customers - USPS). Once we hand over your order to Australia Post and provide you with the tracking number, your items are now in the hands of the shipping carriers.

For International tracking, first use Australian Post tracking, then enter the same tracking number into your countries postal service tracking site once it is handed over by Australian Post.
Shipping & Delivery faqs
All international orders are dispatched from Australia via Australia Post. Once your parcel arrives in your destination country, it is handed over to the local postal service or a trusted delivery partner for final delivery.
This is standard practice for international shipping and allows parcels to be delivered efficiently within each country. Your tracking number will continue to update as the parcel moves through the local delivery network.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Remember to check your Spam/Junk folder. You can use this link at any time to follow your delivery’s progress. For more information on tracking, see the Q&A above.
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately and we may be able to facilitate this. We process orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes. Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be cancelled.

Occasional delays can occur, particularly during peak or sale periods. While delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, most parcels continue moving and arrive shortly after the expected window.
We recommend checking your tracking link for the latest updates. If your parcel appears delayed, contacting your local shipping carrier with your tracking number will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. If your parcel appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and quoting your tracking number, as they will have the most up-to-date information.
While The Z Hut is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, please feel free to contact us if you need assistance or documentation to support your enquiry with the carrier.
